I first met overseas Filipino Robert Ceralvo when I first joined up with the absentee voting bill advocates in the early 90s. His hair was all pepper then. Now it's more salt than pepper. But he is still very much involved in the advocacy. And from New Jersey, Rob wrote this about internet voting:

Ang sarap managinip - libre na, kung minsan nagkakatotoo din!

The decision of the COMELEC to try internet voting is the only way to test whether it will work for us or not. If we will not try, we will never know, and the skeptics will continue to help deny the voting rights of our fellow OFWs located in geographically challenged areas ofthe world. Now that the COMELEC has led the way, let's help make this happen and wish them the best of luck!
