I spoke with COMELEC Commissioner Florentino Tuason Jr. Saturday because it was erroneously reported that Middle East countries would be included in postal voting for overseas absentee voting. Tuason confirmed the opposite and said Saudi Arabia and parts of the Middle East are the exemption.
