I first met overseas Filipino Robert Ceralvo when I first joined up with the absentee voting bill advocates in the early 90s. His hair was all pepper then. Now it's more salt than pepper. But he is still very much involved in the advocacy. And from New Jersey, Rob wrote this about internet voting:

The decision of the COMELEC to try internet voting is the only way to test whether it will work for us or not.
